Raymond Blanc

We spent the day at the Good Food Show and watched a demonstration by Raymond Blanc.  He was very good but I would have enjoyed it more if he hadn't been so rushed in his presentation.  I came home laden with 6 jars of chutney, 3 tins of coated peanuts and a rather nice bottle of malt whisky.  That should see me over Christmas!
