Bumps Along The Way

Watching this car buck over the bump reminded me of driving up Germantown Road to Kaiser Westside for catheter removal the other day. As we went along, we discussed (OK, argued) whether it was best for me to maintain a steady acceleration, hitting the bumps at a nice KA-WUMP, or to slow for each one, then pick up speed again. Ouch either way.
