Sarah and I are trimming up. Yes, I know it's still November but we do like to be prepared........

Whenever we go on holiday we bring back an ornament for the tree - this one is from a few years ago and is my favourite for its complete lack of appropriateness. 

Meanwhile I am expecting a delivery today - I was promised a message yesterday with my one hour delivery window - the message said "between 10am and 12.30" - which by my reckoning is not an hour. This morning I received a tracking link, which told me to expect the delivery between 8.15 and 10.15. That link is currently telling me the delivery attempt failed at 10.26 - which is interesting as I was here the whole time. I have been on hold for 27 minutes to the delivery company. Sigh.
