Dried Out

Have saved these roses for many weeks to slowly dry out as many Blippers do.
Knew l would be using them sooner or later and today is the day.
Used lots of settings to see what came out and used a slow shutter for this effect.
Then a bit of Snapseed to try and give it some more texture and tweaked the tint,
Hope it does look painterly.

Finally a big thank you for the response to yesterday’s photograph of Bolton Abbey.
I didn’t want to choose this shot as the camera lens was full of tiny rain spots as there was a fine spray of rain when l took it.
I was going to put something else on until Mr P said it had got to be this one.
So for once Mr P l bow to your to your choice.
