Marlborough Daisies....

Marlborough Daisies are flowering in garden plots around town at present. They are native to Marlborough and can be seen growing in seemingly impossible sites such as rock faces along the coastline. I loved seeing them when driving south down SH1. That coastal route was devastated during the Kaikoura Earthquake a year ago. The highway reopens on December the 15th. Yay! So we will get to see the Daisies once again in their natural habitat.
