Rain!

Two days of rain in one week! And, with so much marble and stone, it's always a mad dash to sweep away the water before people slip. It was the same in Cairo too. So, this was the scene that greeted me as I arrived at work this morning. 

A busy day but manageable. And sooo damp. I just seized up as I do for the first damp day of winter, and couldn't wait to get home to get some heat into my body - to bed with a hot water bottle. It's going to get cold tonight - about 15 they reckon, and only about 20 today.
