Shortbread

Cold day today. Training and being trained at work. Preparing for the marking onslaught coming my way soon.
The blip is of my neighbour Carole's delicious homemade shortbread. She's been cooking it on an industrial scale for a Mary's Meals fundraiser we're organising on Friday!
