Yellow brain fungus

Cumbria Wildlife Trust work party at Lancelot Clark Storth, near Holme, where we were cutting back and burning gorse to provide a clearing for butterflies and keep the footpaths open. This jelly-like fungus was shining in the sunshine as we cut back the stems all around it.
