Not laughing

This Spotted Hyaena had found itself some supper in the form of a dead hippo. We were out on a late afternoon game drive and were alerted to a kill  or in this case a death scene, by the presence of many vultures. It was good to see a hyaena but they are not attractive beasts I fear.

The extras are The African Wattled Plover and a very much alive hippo!
