Back To Pizzas

In the morning I went to Lloyds with Courtney, Emma and mum. We went shopping afterwards and I bought a surprising amount. I kept realising there were things I needed.

In the evening Courtney and I made a couple of pizzas. I think this is probably the best pizza I've ever made. It was really thin and crispy and the toppings were cooked just right. I think the key was draining and drying the mozzarella as much as possible to stop the pizza getting too soggy.
