Sisters

Back in Cardiff now after a weekend at home. It was so good to see Mum, Dad & Rhi again - I love my family :)

Lydia's sister, Chloe, has come up to stay with us for a night. We made her speciality - beef marinade - and spent the evening talking, laughing and watching Honey Boo Boo.

In other news, I'm now up to £420 of generous sponsorship for this Sunday's half marathon. The fear is setting in!
