snow day

and what a day it was! good fun for all to be back on the slopes again, me personally after a few years. as i left my camera in the room, i was forced to take a quick pic of the gang after just coming in, and before shedding the layers.

if you can't tell by the forced smiles, everyone is more than ready to get out of the damn ski wear (especially the boots) and into a cold beer/warm bath. i was especially ready, as the snowboard boots i borrowed from my friend were just a little too small for my feet.

oh what fun to get back on a snowboard again - i by no means broke any speed record, but i certainly impressed myself in my ability to stay upright for (relatively) extended periods of time.
