Toronto Argos CFL Parade(Canadian Football League)

Another crazy busy day at work today - at least i made it to the 45 min lunch hour yoga class! Other than that i was running around and couldnt get away from the office. I so desperately wanted to go to Nathan Phillips Square to catch the culmination of the victory parade/speeches. With unseasonable sunny 15 degree weather it would have been a wonderful break. Unfortunately i was unable to join my yoga/work colleague so he provided me with this snapshot. I am off to learn how to teach aquafit tonight and then do some laps in the pool. I am hoping to do a short run too as i have signed up for a 5k at the rowing club's annual snowflake run on December 10 - i havent run since August!
