Cold spell

Some excitement this afternoon  in the garden with the arrival of a photographer to take photos of the garden in winter for a Sunday newspaper.


Why our garden?  I asked him.  Well,  he is required to take photos of gardens all year around and in summer that is not a problem.  Winter gardens are difficult unless they have some added feaures like terraces or scultpures.  It seems we ticked both boxes.

So I will be very curious to see what has caught his eye.

The cold weather is back - and we are off to london tomorrow.
