It was sunny when I set off...

... to walk to town. But, as I walked across The Stray, it started to rain with the sunlight as a backdrop.

A hint of a rainbow appeared to the side of the former Granby Hotel (now care home). One of the oldest hotel buildings in Harrogate, the Granby started life around 1700 originally called The Sinking Ship (a strange name given we are around 70 miles from the nearest sea).

Thankfully there was not enough rain today sink anything.
