The Carse and the Trossachs

The Carse is the low, flat, fertile farmland to the west of Stirling. The Trossachs are the mountains further west and north. The mountain furthest west here is Ben Lomond. A lovely walk up to the castle and its environs before home for coffee and more (futile) attempts at this piece of work which I must admit is now hanging over me in an unenjoyable way. A lesson learned.
