Rolling

Fog/clouds/storm rolling down the south side of Kenosha Pass.

Today is one of those many days where the weather people can't hit the broadside of a barn. It wasn't supposed to get below 37 deg last night, and we woke up to an inch of snow...on my uncovered garden!

Andy and I are camping this weekend, and I was overly worried about being cold. Every time I checked the weather, the low dropped another 2 degrees. I threw my entire bin of warm ski clothes into the car and headed down anyway. The top of Kenosha Pass was rain/snowing, but then as I drove down into the valley, it magically got 20 degrees warmer. The large temperature swing caused the clouds to literally flow down the hills - it was pretty spectacular. It was actually rather warm once I met Andy at the campsite.
