Little Blue Heron

(at Wakodahatchee Wetlands boardwalk, after work) The best shots today were birds I see there often, but also saw a couple haven't seen for months (Sora & Least Bittern), and all seemed more active. Maybe it was just that I was there later in the day than have been recently, but things seem to be picking up. It finally feels like we're heading into a change in season/weather, soon. (daylight hours are definitely getting shorter)
(Maybe the stores having all their Christmas merchandise out already has something to do with it too? -it's so hard to get started on shopping early around here, when it's still pushing 90F)
