Recipe for romance ....

I was searching for a recipe to cook dinner and I came across one in an old book which needed 30 cloves of garlic. So I raided the jar to find that I had enough.

The roasted guinea fowl in garlic and red wine gravy was delicious along with roast potatoes and spinach. I really must try more new recipes.

Thanks to Marlieske for hosting the Mono Monday challenge. It feels particularly appropriate that the theme this week is Romance as 64 years ago today my parents tied the knot. No longer with us but never far from my thoughts.
