Pain and Rain

Suddenly and randomly got off the sofa yesterday to experience inexplicable and severe lower back pain. Voltarol seems to make no difference. Sitting is very bad, walking and sleeping better! Walked along the back of the beach huts at lunch in a brief respite from the winter rain that had finally made it to our corner of the world.

Drove to Warwickshire with heated seat on full blast to sooth back. And then (unrelated) started to experience sharp pain in eye and found blocked ducts have appeared on inner eyelid. Damn.

Think my body is trying to tell me something!!
