Focaccia!

Woke feeling a little worse for wear and had to be up early which didn't help! I woke in the early hours and couldn't get back to sleep. Headed to Lincoln to Ticklebelly bakery and cafe for a 'Tastes of Italy' cooking experience with colleagues who are also lovely froendsm we were joined by the organiser's lovely mum and sister. We had such a great day, lots of laughs and a couple of recipes to try at home! The focaccia making tested my hatred of sticky hands to the max!
We were fed and watered so well too! An amazing breakfast of pastries and fruit before lasagne, rosemary roasted potatoes and salad accompanied with some focaccia for lunch!
Desert late afternoon was too much for me to handle but a cup of tea was much appreciated.
I met a friend and the Other-half for drinks where we found a lovely new pub!
