Easy courgette fritters ;)

Uh oh.
Only 4 ingredients, super easy it said... I think I added too much cheese. The washing up may take weeks and the 3 I put in the oven to keep warm are now one dish of courgette and cheesy mush. As I’ve said about many of my dishes, it’ll probably still taste good...
Went for a run and my phone died in the cold - no music, no Strava, no worries.
