Mix-up Monday!

Yesterday was 'Stir up Sunday' when Christmas puddings are traditionally made. However, we didn't quite get our act together, so we have declared today 'Mix-up Monday'. For as long as I can remember, Mum and Dad always made Christmas puddings and we would all join in stirring the pudding. Last year, for various reasons none were made and we discovered that none of the bought ones tasted as good as what we were used to. So, today, Rachel, Peter and I joined Mum to mix up the puddings and we have now brought them home to cook. We're learning how to use the pressure cooker! So far, it is gently hissing away and there is a good smell, so I think we're on track!
