A chilled day, rang the parents, played video and card games with friends and made a proper dinner for myself, first time making dauphinois potatoes and they are pretty good. It's 15 minutes until the shops shut and I'm not frantically getting dressed to go for booze, but about to meditate and finish this lovely new tea. Aware it's been easier with us having a full and happy house this weekend, but hoping to take some of this forward. Next AA meeting Wednesday
