Green Sands...

Beautiful day. Treated ourselves to a little walk by the river before doing the shopping.

Did the usual things on a chilled out Sunday; hovering, laundry, ironing, dishes, tidying, cooking, cleaning, shopping etc. All while watching tv or chatting to each other. may not sound like a good day but I think it is. What's better than spending time with the person you love doing ordinary things and making it fun.

Pain has been bearable today. Think I managed to stick to my baseline target for the first time. The aim is to do 30% less than my limit so I'm not stopped by pain, rather I get to enjoy success by achieving a manageable goal.
