Today has helped with last night's pain. NHS24 and Breathing Space were called.

Ice Skating with Lewis and Steven. I was hopeless and could hardly stand. Then the Drop Tower with Steven. That was amazing. But my reasonings for doing it didn't follow through. Would do it again.

Then tea with S, K, L and Mum.
