Danesfield House

We visited Danesfield House, which is now a luxury hotel, today to survey a set of tubular bells (see extra) and a clock.  Both the bells and clock are not used anymore, the clock is now electric.  

We were made very welcome and had to access the bells via a guest room, which was very sumptuous!  We were then given tea and biscuits in the grand hall before wending our way home.
