Rev and Mrs Chilenje....

Today I went to a farewell service in one of our churches as the minister and his wife have been transferred to another congregation in the Copperbelt.  It was a very long service from 9am to around 15.30, but it went really quickly as there was so much going on! We got lunch in the middle of it too!!  There were heavy rains during the service and there were microphones so you can imagine the noise (of rain on a tin roof and the loud microphones).  I left with ringing in my ears!!

This couple have been really supportive in terms of early childhood development and I will miss them.  I hope the incoming minister will also give us the same support!
