Venus = Earth's Future?
Sulphur Cycle
Hot sulphur erupts in the top half of this image, showering the northern hemisphere with sulphur dioxide and creating thick sulphurous clouds.
Sulphur dioxide forms at higher altitudes from the constant bombardment of solar radiation, smothering the planet in thick layers.
Does this sound like a habitable planet we want for future generations?
<Well I would have though it would take millions of years to get to that stage, would we even be around then? Who knows>
