Turtle Power!

I think this is my first every turtle on blip!!
Lovely day here in Brissy!  Bit humid but still lovely!  We went for a late brekkie about a 1 mile walk from the apartment which didn't disappoint and then we both had a few work type bits to do which saw us get to the early afternoon.  At 1pm we went off to the Mt Coot-ta and to the Botanical gardens.  The car registered 30 degrees, so we slapped on the high factor sun block and hats and off we went to explore the grounds.  This little fella was happily sunning himself on a rock.  At 3pm we headed over to the Planetarium to see ‘Dark Universe’.  The shows took 45 mins and was incredibly interesting, well worth the $30 to get out of the heat!!

 

We are now back at our apartment and will be off out for an early dinner soon as we have a very early start tomorrow and a very busy week this week in the office and then on Thursday we head to Melbourne for some meetings Friday and have decided to make a weekend of it and see some friends on Saturday night.
