It has seemed non stop all day Keith out doing a park run first thing took Rocky down the seafront for a cuppa then we went to the beauty salon for a foot and leg treatment which the money was going to charity

We had a bit if dinner before going to the shops to get some bits then back to take Rocky out as the sun was going down
