German Tradition

The  Christmas market is still being built at Breitscheidplatz. Sunday is a special day in Germany. "Sunday of The Dead or Toten Sonntag.. Initiated by Frederick William III of Prussia in 1816 it is adhered to in most areas & Germans remember their dead. As a mark of respect Advent Markets do not begin. I called in the Europa-Center and met the team who create and then build the amazing displays there . The man in charge said yes to being my blip .Returning  on Monday to film the completed work.and have a Glühwein .Every thing has  a reason & time . Something  I enjoy about German life is their respect for tradition.
