Lower Billabong

I have posted many images of the upper Billabong over the years so tonight, needing an "Emergency Blip" I decided to introduce the lower level. It's an ingenious system in terms of how the water is recirculated between the two tanks. The galvanised pipe on the side of the tank was the way that we could regulate the amount of water being pumped back up to the top tank. Before that was added we had the issue of the water pumping up at too fast a rate and overflowing. I have to admit that now the water's so crystal clear again I could be tempted to dive in on a hot day :)
