The Sweetheart Rose...

We have two very large specimens of the Cecile Brunner rose in our garden. Seeing this rose with it’s beautiful dainty little buds takes me right back to my childhood. Back the we called the rose the “Sweetheart Rose” and had several growing in our large family garden. It really is a treasure of a rose.
We have had a cooler but cloudy day. I do wish the clouds held some rain!
