TEA ON THE TERRACE;

My duck egg blue sky has been replaced by clouds - thankfully - & it’s not nearly as hot. Still muggy though in an unpleasant way. To me it feels as though we could have a thunder plump, wouldn’t that be wonderful ? No teapot on the table, just the rain gauge; & it’s a long time since it measured any moisture. Have a big group, 44 Aussies coming tomorrow to view the garden. We need rain desperately, but please be fine for tomorrow afternoon. The pink rose is Galway Bay.
