Waiting Their Turn To Fly!

Sometimes when I am out on a photo walk, people ask me what I like to take pictures of.  It can be difficult to explain that this looks like a minimalist rendering of birds waiting in line for take-off.  My husband has been looking at my pictures long enough now that he saw it immediately without any explanation---and I found it exactly this way---a momentary trick of light and shadow, that in the next breath of wind would be gone!.....
