A day of two halves

The morning spent in a freezing cold and dank Goblin Hall.

An afternoon spent in the midst of the Black Friday crowds in Edinburgh.

The morning was giving Mrs S and her pal a tour around the old castle.

The afternoon was with Joe, who was having contact lenses fitted for a trial, I was also going to try and buy him new school shoes but the crowds scared us both into the arms of Jamie Oliver for calamari, burgers and sea bass.

This evening, Ruby has come home to show us her latest tattoo and hopefully catch up on her sleep. Great to have her home for a few nights.
