Usher Hall

Miss K plays in the annual Midlothian Schools Usher Hall Concert tonight so I stayed late at work and went straight there, via dinner and a pint at the Filmhouse. Thus I walked across the University's central campus, where i had to admit that the newly refurbished and floodlit McEwan Hall looked great despite the drizzle.

Although I was tired from yesterday's trip, I had a good day, rounded off by learning that my student has secured a prestigious internship which will extend the time we have to work together.
