A blue sky day

JJ wasn't golfing today so I suggested a trip to our village nature reserve, which is a couple of miles away.  We didn't meet a soul and enjoyed a stroll around the lake where there were a couple of swans, five mallards and three cormorants.  I assume it's busier in the summer.

This was a view looking across the land owned by the Manor and where there were a couple of Egyptian geese plodding around.
