Self portrait

My Mum sent me an email that said "Confuscious says people can only hurt you if you keep remembering what they said".
Had a tough week really with some horrible things said about me and to me. Had to work hard not to crumble under the nasty critical things I have had to deal with both at work and from so called family.
This is my Confuscious face. I like who and what I am. I am not pretty or slim or particularly talented. But I like myself. I care about people, love them and enjoy being part of their lives.
So I will not remember unkind words. They have no part in my life. I have much to celebrate and be thankful for ;-)
