Today was one of those very full days. Full of sadness as we said goodbye to George, our Greek friend who knew neither speech nor hearing, known for his infectious smile and huge, warm, room-filling personality. We met with Stella, his delightful wife, and wonderful children Koula, Evi and Ada.

And the day was full of joy as we also met with friends from long ago. Those pictured, including myself & Mrs K, were all married here, Capernwray Hall, in the place where we celebrated George's life. We have 100 years of marriage between us.

So a great day to meet our many friends from a long time ago from a place and a time that shaped us for all that has happened since.
Full of memories, full of news, full, full, full.

Thank you George, Stella, Koula, Evi & Ada. We love you very much. And Mark & Linda, Rachel & Phil, Hilary & Charles, Andrea & Dave, Andy & Laurie, Graih, Angie, Ray & Sue.
