Tiny Trophy

Standing only 51mm in height, this trophy was awarded to the winner of the Officer's Veterans Race at RAF Ashbourne, Derbyshire, in 1943. It is one of the many strange yet (in my opinion) wonderful things that I picked up along the way during my Royal Air Force career. I was not there in 1943 to win it!!!
