I look these photos from granddaughter Desiree's Facebook page.

Justin arrived in SoCal this past Saturday. Today they borrowed her Grandma Alice's car so they could go to San Diego.

She explained that they had gone to San Diego for the day, mostly so that Justin could purchase uniforms; he is in the U.S. Navy.

Here is Desiree's words:
"We had a good day in San Diego. On the way my husband got a call saying he made rank, I got a haircut by the great Anthony Huynh, we got lunch at a little spot by our old house, and then we got to visit the houses we would like to live in if we move back to San Diego next summer. In the middle of that we took a detour and hit the beach. Pretty good day considering the main goal was to get some uniforms. "
