Cake #2

Another very full and busy day, and G's longest at work too! She set out before 7am and I didn't see her again until nearly 6pm! She was great though to go out again, as I had organised a meal with friend Miriam at the Warehouse. They have ladies night on Tuesdays with free-flowing Prosecco, free dessert and 50% off on the food! It had to be the place of choice to celebrate G's birthday!

We were joined by friend David who was in Dubai chairing some sessions at the EdEx Conference which we popped in to briefly yesterday. It ended today, so David had a few spare hours before he needed to be at the airport.

We had a fantastic time chatting and catching up and listening to lots of interesting stories. The food was great, as were the staff. They even put some cake on a plate for G! Home before 11, so not bad at all. :)
