Made it!

I managed a little adventure out today!

Very cold but I was wearing Henry's old coat (the warmest coat in the world) so I was well protected.

It was beautiful and I sat on a bench and took it all in.

Work has an all staff conference today and I am sorry to  miss it. The morning was presented by David Sheard who is inspirational in his approach to Dementia. 

I plan to go into work for a couple of hours tomorrow. My boss is off to New York for two weeks and I am her number two so have to be on the ball next week!!
