Gathering

We drove to La Jolla to enjoy a meal together before Thanksgiving. Usually an hour drive, today it took double that time. Not only the usual long weekend traffic but at least a couple of traffic accidents.
We had a wonderful time at the restaurant & while waiting for the food, we called mom via FaceTime and we all were able to see and talk to her. It is a blessing to have such a wonderful family. A perfect pre-Thanksgiving family day!
