Fire fighting?

We had a team building day at work. We noticed another dept were having fun? learning about fire fighting. not a brilliant picture as it was taken with my phone. The chap on the left (in red) is lighting a tray of inflamible liquid while the one on the right is putting it out with various different types of extinguisher. It was something to watch while eating lunch!
