Pole dancers.....

Wet. Very wet. All day. And looking like all night. Onto the third coat by lunch time.
The power off all day, again, as SPIE in changing electric poles ,again , including this one next to the underground slurry pipe that they chickened out of doing last week ( when it was dry ! )
They all looked like drowned rats by tonight when the power was ready to come back on. Didn't envy the lad hanging at the top of the pole with spikes busy rejoining all the wires.
The yard now resembles a battlefield with mud soup everywhere.
And will need to start bringing cows and calves inside if this keeps up- dread to think how much they have poached up the fields today.
But at least we have lights again .
