Wednesday

An easy day off even though I ended up at work for the psychotherapy supervision group. That was my choice and didn't really feel like work. 
Got to cycle through a different park on the way and had a stop off for a solitary piece of cake and cup of coffee in the sunshine. Really lovely to do nothing for half an hour.
