It almost looks like spring....

....until you notice the sort of jagged line down the center of the picture. The area to the right of the line is frozen--not very deeply, but there's a layer of ice all the way to the edge, nonetheless.  Only 22 degrees F (-5.5 C) this morning, so thank goodness the sun was out to take off a bit of the chill! 
 I've done as much as I can in preparation for our Thanksgiving dinner....can't put the fruit salads together until tomorrow.  Picked up the turkey from the store and it looks and smells scrumptious, so it will go in the roaster tomorrow morning to heat it up, then all we'll need is a glass of wine and wait for everyone else to arrive!!  :))
